Welcome to HostPro. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use HostPro.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of HostPro’s virtual co-hosting services. They form a legally binding agreement between you (the “Host,” “Client,” or “you”) and HostPro (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Services Provided

HostPro provides virtual co-hosting support to property owners who list their properties on platforms such as Airbnb and other Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). Our services include guest communication, reservation management, coordination with cleaners and service providers, and general hosting assistance. Please note that we do not provide on-site services, dynamic pricing optimization, or legal/financial advice.

3. Host Responsibilities

As the Host, you are responsible for maintaining your property in a safe and habitable condition, ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and platform requirements. You must provide accurate and up-to-date property information, house rules, and access details. The Host is also responsible for paying all platform fees, taxes, and operational costs related to their property.

4. Communication Policy

HostPro guarantees a response to guest inquiries within 15 minutes. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may request a full refund for the service fee associated with that booking. However, delays caused by internet outages, technical errors beyond our control, or incorrect information provided by the Host are not covered under this policy.

5. Payments and Fees

All service fees are agreed upon during onboarding and outlined in your Service Agreement with HostPro. Payments must be made in accordance with the terms specified in the agreement. HostPro reserves the right to suspend services in case of unpaid invoices.

6. Cancellations and Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Hosts must provide at least 14 days’ notice prior to termination. Any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the date of termination remain payable. HostPro reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the Host engages in fraudulent activity, violates these Terms, or breaches applicable laws.

7. Confidentiality

HostPro respects your privacy and ensures that all sensitive information, including guest data, property access details, and communication records, remains strictly confidential. We will never disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except where legally required.

8. Liability and Disclaimer

HostPro acts as a virtual assistant and co-hosting service. We are not liable for property damages, guest misconduct, accidents, theft, or disputes between Hosts and guests. The Host remains the primary party responsible for their property and guests. While we make every effort to deliver timely and accurate support, HostPro is not responsible for technical issues, platform outages, or errors beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials provided by HostPro remain the intellectual property of HostPro. Hosts may not use, reproduce, or distribute these materials without prior written permission.

10. Modifications to Services or Terms

HostPro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HostPro operates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
